Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, No-Show & Buddy Pass Policy -Cancellations: Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session will incur a $12 fee. -No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be charged a $15 fee. -Buddy Pass: Each package includes one free Buddy Pass, allowing you to bring a friend to experience a session at no extra cost.
