About Me

Hi, I’m Nicole—the founder of Bodies 4 Pilates, an at-home Pilates studio built on the belief that movement is for every body. I created this space to be supportive, judgment-free, and empowering, where you can explore strength, mobility, and confidence at your own pace.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Dance in 2023 and have been practicing Pilates since 2018, approaching movement through a dancer’s lens. In 2022, I truly fell in love with Pilates after discovering how versatile and inclusive it is, and how it welcomes people of all backgrounds into movement. That experience shaped my passion for teaching Pilates as an adaptable practice—not a one-size-fits-all workout.

Over the past three years as a Pilates instructor, I’ve worked with clients of all ages, sizes, abilities, and disabilities—including athletes, individuals rehabilitating from strokes, brain injuries, and accidents, as well as those completely new to exercise. I learn something new with every person I work with, and each experience continues to shape my approach to teaching. My philosophy is simple: meet you exactly where you are while gently encouraging growth, strength, and confidence.

Bodies 4 Pilates exists so movement never feels intimidating. Here, it’s not about perfection—it’s about progress, connection, and discovering what your body is capable of.
