Cancellation Policy
Bodies 4 Pilates Policy Welcome to Bodies 4 Pilates We’re committed to providing you with the best possible experience. Please read our policies carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our clients. Cancellation Policy: A $15 cancellation fee will apply to any cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled class. Cancellations made more than 12 hours in advance are free of charge. Unused Classes/Plans: No refunds will be issued for any unused classes or plans after 1 month from the date of purchase. Please ensure you use your sessions within this time frame to avoid forfeiting them. By booking with us, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
